What? Rotate my tires and my Food?
Yes…. why? Both your tires and your body handle different pressures at different times and need to function optimally especially in times of stress! If you have forgotten to do this and then after a long anticipated rain you skid on the road and remember. Then your tires are at the top of your to do list! If you would have kept up the tire pressure and rotated them for prevention then your car would be easier to handle.
Foods each offer different key nutrients AND… because each of our days are different we will need a variety of nutrients from our rainbow of foods. A good example of this is Cabbage. Yes cabbage.

Cabbage is awesome and I had no idea until a few years ago. Red Cabbage, Savoy Cabbage or White….they are hiding those nutrients all of these years! Remember to buy Organic. Here is a list of some of the things this leafy gift has:

- Thiamine
- Riboflavin (that even sounds energetic!)
- Folate (Remember this is a natural source!!)
- B6
- Niacin
- Biotin
- Calcium
- Potassium
- Manganese
- Iron
- Zinc

What does this mean? It means it can support your eyes, immune system, cell health, metabolism and more. And… don’t forget leafy greens are a good source of veggie fiber!
The key point to remember here is that there are a variety of foods. Don’t get stuck in a rut eating the same forgotten side dishes. Rotate everything and it isn’t as complicated as you would think. There are several varieties in every group.
